Visitors can walk the path to the tower and hear the chimes, creating a solemn atmosphere of reflection and remembrance.

Fred, also known as Patty, was a District Chief of the Gridwide Mobile Emergency Department, Chief of the now-closed Fox Hollow County Ambulance Authority, and a member of many other SL emergency groups.
