Academic Campus 2
This campus has plenty of grassy outdoor space, with a soccer field and playground. Not far from the entrance, some benches provide a nice spot to rest and take in the calming green atmosphere and courtyard fountain. A ramp makes the entrance accessible, as inclusivity in design need not be limited to the physical world.
Academic Campus 4
This large campus has the most spacious classrooms as well as two separate buildings with a total of 16 rooms that can serve as dormitory spaces or additional classrooms. The ample outdoor space has a stone walkway connecting the two entrances as well as benches and grassy areas by the water.
The Dino Demo
Why settle for an average meeting boardroom when you can spice up your meeting space with a bit of fun and adventure? The Dino is anything but ordinary. Participants are greeted with a grand entrance surrounded by multiple waterfalls and an expansive, exotic environment filled with multiple social spaces, meeting areas, and a tiki-style bar. An active volcano also looms ominously at the edge of the island.
Academic Campus 1
Located in a region reminiscent of a Colorado mountain town, this campus is great for both indoor and outdoor study sessions. It has the largest amount of outdoor space of our currently featured campuses, with a playground, a soccer field with bleachers, and plenty of grassy areas all around.
Academic Campus 3
This campus has a brick pathway and an enchanting woodsy area lining its perimeter. A quaint stone bridge in the back provides a view of the neighboring mountains. In the area in front of the main entrance, there is a hidden treehouse for those who want to explore. The main entrance leads to a front desk and central administration area, with 5 enclosed offices. All of the classrooms are labeled, making this the easiest campus to navigate. The first floor also has 4 classrooms and an auditorium. All gender bathrooms provide an inclusive atmosphere, as well as the accessible ramps leading to the auditorium stage.
Auditorium Demo
Our largest meeting space option is a massive auditorium that spans across four regions. At the heart of the auditorium is an elevated stage with a podium, curtain backdrop, and presentation board. With flexible seating options, this space supports a crowd of between 290- 350 attendees. For breakout sessions, participants can gather into any of the several adjacent smaller meeting areas.
Town Hall Demo
This large venue is the perfect gathering spot for large community town hall discussions and team meetups. With space for up to 240-300 attendees, the Town Hall features a prominent center stage that can be configured with a single podium or panel setup and a presentation screen that can be used for sharing media. Attendees can always get a clear view of the action via elevated half-circle theater seating that surrounds the center stage.
Conference Center Demo
Looking for something a bit different? Located in a fantasy-themed structure made of worn wood and mossy stones, this small circular space is a fun gathering spot that supports up to 36 attendees. The raised central stage features comfortable couches and accessories configured similarly to what you’d find on a TV talk-show set. Audience seating surrounds the stage with a combination of wood bench seating with comfortable cushions and colorful fabric chairs.
Futuristic Demo
One of our more ambitious options features a fun, futuristic themed area that supports up to 96 participants. Visitors arrive in a central landing zone surrounded by a geodesic glass dome that can be used for welcome messages or new user tutorials. There are also two sandboxes that are perfect for team building and collaboration exercises, as well as an expansive solid white structure that features multiple circle-shaped meeting spaces including a huge round auditorium.
