The region is known for its live music scene and parties at Belle's Coffee Shop and is home to the international Leonard Cohen Club and the Tower Art Gallery, which has new mixed media exhibits each month. Hey all you cats and kittens, focus your audio on this: The Pen, Bay City's only beatnik hang-out, is open! Grab a cup of java juice and jungle on up in this funky shack. Listen to beat greats and hang out awhile. They're no red onion, they've got it all going on. Point that lead sled to Bay City - Mashpee and sail on by. You can't miss it.
Open Latte Cafe
The Open Latte Cafe is a homage to Open Latte and Mill Pond, venues which were once widely renowned across the grid before they retired. This lovely destination upholds its predecessors' strong coffee den tradition in a new, far away region. The cafe is a welcoming community for new and old residents alike in a beautiful, wistful setting reminiscent of early 20th century Americana. Time Lost Cafe is a Chicago-based casual and relaxing place where you can relax on your own or talk and dance with friends. You can enjoy the art on permanent display, buy some if you like to take it home with you.
