Auditorium Demo

Our largest meeting space option is a massive auditorium that spans across four regions. At the heart of the auditorium is an elevated stage with a podium, curtain backdrop, and presentation board. With flexible seating options, this space supports a crowd of between 290- 350 attendees. For breakout sessions, participants can gather into any of the several adjacent smaller meeting areas.

Town Hall Demo

Town Hall Demo

This large venue is the perfect gathering spot for large community town hall discussions and team meetups. With space for up to 240-300 attendees, the Town Hall features a prominent center stage that can be configured with a single podium or panel setup and a presentation screen that can be used for sharing media. Attendees can always get a clear view of the action via elevated half-circle theater seating that surrounds the center stage.

Conference Center Demo

Conference Center Demo

Looking for something a bit different? Located in a fantasy-themed structure made of worn wood and mossy stones, this small circular space is a fun gathering spot that supports up to 36 attendees. The raised central stage features comfortable couches and accessories configured similarly to what you’d find on a TV talk-show set. Audience seating surrounds the stage with a combination of wood bench seating with comfortable cushions and colorful fabric chairs.

Academic Campus 2

This campus has plenty of grassy outdoor space, with a soccer field and playground. Not far from the entrance, some benches provide a nice spot to rest and take in the calming green atmosphere and courtyard fountain. A ramp makes the entrance accessible, as inclusivity in design need not be limited to the physical world.

This campus has a brick pathway and an enchanting woodsy area lining its perimeter. A quaint stone bridge in the back provides a view of the neighboring mountains. In the area in front of the main entrance, there is a hidden treehouse for those who want to explore. The main entrance leads to a front desk and central administration area, with 5 enclosed offices. All of the classrooms are labeled, making this the easiest campus to navigate. The first floor also has 4 classrooms and an auditorium. All gender bathrooms provide an inclusive atmosphere, as well as the accessible ramps leading to the auditorium stage.

This large campus has the most spacious classrooms as well as two separate buildings with a total of 16 rooms that can serve as dormitory spaces or additional classrooms. The ample outdoor space has a stone walkway connecting the two entrances as well as benches and grassy areas by the water.

Futuristic Demo

Futuristic Demo

One of our more ambitious options features a fun, futuristic themed area that supports up to 96 participants. Visitors arrive in a central landing zone surrounded by a geodesic glass dome that can be used for welcome messages or new user tutorials. There are also two sandboxes that are perfect for team building and collaboration exercises, as well as an expansive solid white structure that features multiple circle-shaped meeting spaces including a huge round auditorium.

Looking for a fun and unusual hangout spot for your meeting or event? The space-age Horizons region greets visitors with a futuristic floating fountain surrounded by a large meeting hall and lounge area. There’s also a modern bar where you can dance, socialize and have a drink with your friends and colleagues.

The Lodge Demo

The Lodge Demo

Our newest offering is a reclusive but cozy luxury lodge surrounded by nature. Attendees can meet in a variety of spaces both indoor and outdoor in this expansive, private space. Inside you’ll find a pool hall and coffee bar, while outside there are plenty of pine trees, nature trails, and peaceful waterfalls. Gather around the virtual fire and get ready for productive group conversations in this relaxing, rustic retreat.

The Dino Demo

The Dino Demo

Why settle for an average meeting boardroom when you can spice up your meeting space with a bit of fun and adventure? The Dino is anything but ordinary. Participants are greeted with a grand entrance surrounded by multiple waterfalls and an expansive, exotic environment filled with multiple social spaces, meeting areas, and a tiki-style bar. An active volcano also looms ominously at the edge of the island.
