Los Monica was born from the collective vision of a group of friends who longed to create a virtual paradise that captured the unique blend of urban excitement and beachside relaxation that makes Los Angeles and Santa Monica so special. Los Monica’s owner Cody Lascala has indeed decreed that these apartments be made available for “free” however, for practical purposes and to ensure there is continued use and interest, there are some limitations.
