Rainbow Gardens Pet Memorial Center was created by Dulcie Mills after her cat, Floppy, died in 2007. It is meant as a place where SL residents can go to memorialize their beloved pets. Visitors can send Dulcie a photo of their pets to add to the memorial, take home a memorial candle, or join the group to participate in events and view pet-related exhibits.
