Available Sims for Rent:
Available Sims for Rent: Plum or Lime are available for smaller events, or rent one or more of our dedicated rental sims (Ruthenium, Rhodium, Palladium, Osmium, Iridium, Platinum) for events with large crowds or if your event is particularly well-suited for these sims (parades, races, walk-a-thons).

Rental Rate:
L$3,000/L$4,000 per sim per day. Amount to be paid in full at the beginning of the rental period.*

1. Reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance, and are on a first-come first-served basis.
2. Residents must include a full description of the event when applying.
3. Minimal rental period is 3 days.
4. Residents are allowed to terraform the land, but do not incur tier fees for temporary ownership of the land.
5. Residents cannot transfer the land during the rental period.
6. The original state of the sims will be saved immediately before the rental period. At the conclusion of the rental period, the sims will be restored.
7. Rented sims can be set to either "Mature" or "PG" at the request of the renter. In the Events Listing, the renter must clearly state whether or not the rented sims will be set to "Mature" or "PG" to avoid confusing Residents who may have visited the sims in the past.

Rent Our Combat Sims
Your World, Your Imagination, Your Epic Battles!

We've set up two new Combat Sims adjacent to Rausch (Sandbox - Rausch). All three Regions are Mature, and the two sims adjacent to Rausch are now available for rent by any Residents interested in staging combat events!

The names for the two team-owned sims are "Sandbox - Red Team's HQ" and "Sandbox - Blue Team's HQ." There are several plots set on Rausch marked as Red and Blue Team spawn points. Two new open enrollment groups, Red Team and Blue Team, are available for anyone wanting to play team games at any time.

Whenever Residents rent these sims for private battle, Rausch will only be available to the renters as a contested center-stage for combat. Choose your team (Red or Blue), pick a team name for your home sim (or use the default Red Team/Blue Team), and let slip the dogs of war as you battle for Rausch!

Renters can set their home to either the Red or Blue Team owned areas during these battles for convenient respawning, and we have a Weapons Testing sim (Sandbox - Weapons Testing) nearby for anyone intested in firing off a few practice rounds before entering combat.
