As well as being able to own land on the mainland, residents can also purchase their own private island - an entire region all to themselves! Private Islands do not use your tier/land allowance; instead they are billed separately as a set fee. Private Islands offer some very compelling advantages and features, including:

- They are separate from the mainland, without neighboring regions.
