| How do I clear my Cache? | Ctrl-P for Preferences, choose the Network tab and click the Clear Cache button. Then log out of Second Life - wait a couple of minutes - then log back in. |

| How do I remove an officer from a group? | Only the group Founder can do this, and they do it by calling Support. The officer will be demoted to member status, the founder can then choose to eject entirely or leave that person as a member of the group. |

| I lost something underground, how can I see it? | You can turn off the land texture. Make sure your Debug menu is visible at the top of your screen (Ctrl-Alt-Shift D will toggle it on and off), then choose Debug.. Rendering.. Type.. SurfacePatch (Or hit Ctrl-Alt-Shift 5). The same again will switch it back on for you. |
| How can I hide the trees while I build? | From your Debug menu, choose Debug.. Rendering.. Type.. Tree (Ctrl-Alt-Shift 3) to toggle them on and off. |
| How can I post a Classified Ad? | Stand on the land you wish to advertise. Right-click on yourself and choose Profile, then choose the Classifieds tab. Click on New. Classified ads appear on the classified section of the Search window for one week. The price you pay directly determines the placement of your listing. The more you pay, the higher the listing goes on the Classifieds list. To remove your ad, highlight the correct ad and click the delete button. |

| How do I create a landmark? | To create a landmark, simply open the World menu and choose Create Landmark Here. Your new landmark will be saved with the name Land Parcel Name, Region (X, Y) and can be renamed to whatever you want. |
| How do I use a landmark? | To use any landmark, simply double-click the landmark in your inventory. The landmark listing will show you the general distance and direction to your location. You can click on Teleport to immediately teleport to the nearest Telehub to your destination, or Map to mark your location on the map and go from there. |
