If you feel certain that you have discovered a bug in Second Life, especially one that you can reproduce reliably, please file a bug report from your Help menu.
- From your help menu, choose Report Bug..
- Give as much detail as you can, the steps taken to reproduce it, where and when you encountered this problem.
- If you think it would help, drop a screenshot onto the bug report screen so that the bug team can see what you see.
If the bug team requires any additional information, then they will contact you.
Also, you may want to visit the Known Issues page (secondlife.com/support/known-issues.php). This page contains issues Linden Lab has verified as in the current release and Safe for Public. This page auto-updates weekday evenings.
