You can post questions to the appropriate area of the Second Life Forums (forums.secondlife.com), to see what advice other residents can give you - and you search the forums for information and guidance that has previously been posted.

Known Issues
If you believe you've found a bug in the Second Life client, you may want to visit the Known Issues page (secondlife.com/support/known-issues.php). This page contains issues Linden Lab has verified as in the current release and Safe for Public. This page auto-updates weekday evenings.
